Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is a First-Person Shooter video game developed and published by City Interactive for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Made using the Crysis 2 version of CryEngine, it follows the further adventures of Cole Anderson (one of the protagonists of the original game) through the Phillipines, Sarajevo, and Tibet as he battles an international weapons smuggling ring and finds himself facing off against an equally skilled rival sniper from his past.

As the title suggests, players will primarily dispatch enemies using various sniper rifles and stealth kill options. The game's sniping system will take into account wind speeds and directions, heartbeat rate, and bullet drop. Successful sniping will require minute control over these inputs.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is the sequel to Sniper: Ghost Warrior from City Interactive, available on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game utilizes Crytek's Cry Engine 3. Is focused on the Marine sniper Cole Anderson, on the hunt of a bio-weapon across Philippine, Bosnia and India/Nepal.
This game is, obviously, focused on sniper rifles. Unlike the previous game, the player characters cannot use assault rifles, due to development time constraints. The game also has a multiplayer mode, wherein players can select their choice of rifle, rather than having them automatically assigned.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is a superior shooter when compared to its predecessor. Granted, that isn't saying much. Said predecessor suffered from terrible artificial intelligence, absurd bullet physics, and an overall level of difficulty on par with solving a Rubik's Cube while navigating white-water rapids blindfolded. This time around, however, developer City Interactive has addressed virtually all of the sore points that made the earlier game miss as often as it hit. This is an accomplished stealthy shooter, with smarter enemy AI, more-realistic sniper physics, and scaled-down difficulty that provide a challenging, not maddening, sniping experience. Only miscues like the spread-out save checkpoints and throwaway multiplayer keep it from achieving greatness. 2ff7e9595c
